Serve Lunch on Nov 1 from 11:00am-1:00pm
at Leavenworth High School

Sign up to serve lunch or bring a side dish or dessert. We will be able to serve them lunch as the teachers are break during their professional development day.

There are multiple ways you can help:

  • Provide a side or dessert

  • Set-up and serve the teacher's lunch

Whether you have a little time to spare or can stay for the entire event, your contribution will make a big difference. We appreciate your support for our Leavenworth school staff!

During this event, you’ll be able to attend one of the following group breakout events:

  • Celebrate Recovery - Are you struggling with a hurt, habit, or hangup? This is the environment for you.

  • Grief Share - Are you struggling with grief or loss? This the environment for you.

  • Financial Peace University - Are you finances in a bind? This is the environment for you.

Childcare is available; register to learn more.

You don’t have to go through this season alone. We want to be here for you.

On this special evening, foster parents can drop their children off at the church where our dedicated childcare volunteers will lead fun games and engaging activities. This gives foster parents the chance to enjoy a peaceful dinner and shop for gifts for their loved ones.

Your support and enthusiasm will make this event a memorable and meaningful experience for everyone involved. Come be a part of this heartwarming occasion and help make the holiday season a little brighter for those who give so much — register to let us know you’d like to serve!

The Child Dedication Class will help you prepare to for the Child Dedication during our services on November 11. We know it takes a tribe to raise a child. We want to join you in this high calling of raising your child in a way that it makes an eternal impact in their lives.

You will be equipped for the day of dedication and you will be introduced to resources available to help you in this most meaningful calling.

You can join us and let foster families in Leavenworth County and Atchison County know that we are for them by giving them $25.00 gift cards to help them buy gifts for the children they have brought into their home. Being a foster family is a huge calling and we want them to feel our love and be encouraged this Christmas.

The Adopt-A-Child Christmas tree will be in the back of the Church with Donation Tags on the tree limbs beginning on October 6. Take a tag and donate in $25 increments in Walmart gift cards. Bring the tag and the card(s) back by Sunday, October 27. There will be a basket by the tree to collect the tags and cards.

Donations can also be made on our website or app by October 31 and we will purchase the gift cards for you. All donations will be used to help foster families provide Christmas gifts for their foster children.

Join us for this powerful night of prayer & worship with churches from Leavenworth County. We will unite in prayer as ONE CHURCH to represent the beautiful diversity and unity of God’s Kingdom Family. In a time where our country is becoming more divided as we move closer to a national election, we will stand together in the hope we have in Jesus.

Prayer moments will be led by Leavenworth County ministers. The worship in song will be a collaborative effort.

This will be held here at Westside. Help us welcome our Kingdom Family from other churches by giving them parking preference and connecting with them when they join us.

WSM and YFCMilitary are joining together and hosting a nighttime event at Westside Leavenworth. Teams will compete to reach the objective and score points for the team by not getting caught or spotted. The game will run from 8-9pm after which will be a fire with hot cocoa and s'mores. All MS and HS students are welcome.

Students should dress in dark clothes and MUST have a flashlight with them.

Please drop your child off at Westside.
